Most Interesting Person I've Met?

Posted on Feb 12th, 2008 by profundity : "Why-er" profundity
This is in Response to the Questions and Reflections for February 11, 2008:

Marvin Minsky who wrote the book, "The Society of Mind" was the first person to open my eyes to the intricate relationship of the various aspects and interworkings of the multiple dynamics that exist in the human brain.  This was pre-SDi/Integral Theory.  I contacted him in regard to my creating a new perfected type of language that could be understood by everyone on Spaceship Earth that would serve as both a computer language as well as human language.  Marvin explained to me that such a thing was not really necessary as computers would one day have the ability to translate any language into any other language and a single language would basically only cause aggression and unnecessary competition by other so-called perfect languages.  I have since learned that the perfect language is one that two specific people evolve between each other for the specific purpose of communicating with that specific other person or a specific "society" of that person's mind.  Assumptive or generalistic languaging is too faulty to effectively convey truth.  Only the two-way expression/confirmation process can insure that what was attempted to be communicated was actually accurately understood.
